LEGAL DISCLAIMER & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE
READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
By using tradelinefinder.com, you are entering into a legally binding agreement and acknowledging the terms outlined in this Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any of the following, do not continue.
1. NOT FOR BEGINNERS OR NOVICES
1.1 Intended for Professionals Only
This platform is strictly for professionals and experienced users who are already familiar with credit bureau procedures, aged tradelines, debt reassignment, and legal documentation. If you are new to credit or have never submitted disputes or tradeline documentation, this service is not for you.
1.2 You Must Know the Process — Details Matter
By making a purchase, you confirm that you already know how to:
-
Prepare and send a proper Debt Update Letter (DUL)
-
Use and sign the Reassignment Agreement
-
Submit documentation to credit bureaus — including correct timing, cover letters, and mailing procedures
-
Handle disputes, objections, and follow-ups without assistance from us
-
Ensure there are no active credit freezes or open disputes on your credit file
-
Match your photo ID, proof of residence, and all submitted documents with what’s already on file with the credit bureaus
If even a single element — such as the address on your documents — does not match exactly with what’s on record, the tradeline will not be reported. This is the client’s responsibility to verify beforehand.
If you do not understand this, do not proceed. The process requires expert precision. We’ve seen it work when done correctly — but if any part of it is incorrect or incomplete, the credit bureaus will likely ignore or discard your entire submission. We are not responsible for that outcome.
2. WE ARE A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY — THIS IS A SIDE SERVICE
2.1 Our Primary Business
tradelinefinder.com is a debt collection agency.
Our core business is purchasing and collecting on aged, out-of-statute debts. The reassignment of tradelines is a side service, available only to those who are qualified to use it effectively.
2.2 Not a Credit Bureau or Data Furnisher
We are not a credit bureau, credit repair agency, or Metro 2 data furnisher. We do not report tradelines to credit agencies — and we do not interact with credit bureaus on your behalf. This is industry standard.
If the original creditor chooses to report (which is rare), it would be done through Metro 2 software — but we are not involved in that process. Instead, we reassign the debt to you, and it is your responsibility to follow the appropriate legal and procedural steps to try to have it reported.
2.3 Complex Process — Not Geared for the General Public
The manual reporting method is complicated. Most credit bureaus are unfamiliar with it and tend to either:
-
Ignore the request
-
Send a general rejection or "template" reply
-
Dismiss the documentation due to formality errors
You must know how to escalate properly, include correct documentation, and persist. If you are not already trained in this — or if you’re expecting us to walk you through it — this is not the product for you.
We previously helped people with this process, and many clients got successful results. But it took too much back-and-forth, delays, and document rework. The cost of supporting people through the learning curve forced us to either raise prices far beyond the market or eliminate support altogether. We chose the latter.
Now, everything is delivered once and done. No walkthroughs. No consulting. If you are not already confident in your ability to handle the process — don’t buy.
3. DELIVERY, REFUNDS & OUR GUARANTEE
3.1 Delivery Includes:
Once purchased, your delivery includes:
-
A Reassignment Agreement via HelloSign
-
The tradeline details sent to your email
-
Instructions on what you receive — but no help with what to do with it
Our job is done once the above is sent. We do not follow up or check your documents. We do not do corrections. We do not respond to technical questions. Again — professionals only.
3.2 Refund Policy
You are eligible for a money-back guarantee only if we fail to deliver the package (the tradeline + reassignment) within 3 business days of purchase. After that, no refunds will be issued, even if you don’t proceed with the process or don’t see results.
If you decide you can’t handle the process after purchase — that’s on you. If the tradeline doesn’t report because of an error on your part — that’s also on you. We make no promises of outcome. Per CROA (Credit Repair Organizations Act), we cannot guarantee results or promise success. The guarantee is only on delivery, not on outcome.
3.3 After Delivery Disputes
Any disputes filed after delivery will be treated as a fraudulent act. We will:
-
Send your file to a third-party debt collection agency
-
Report your name and data to law enforcement if fraud is suspected
-
Pursue legal action for recovery of lost funds and fees
-
Add your record to internal and third-party high-risk buyer lists
We take post-delivery disputes seriously and will act accordingly. This includes reporting bad payment behavior to credit monitoring networks and working with external firms to collect any owed balances, including recovery of legal fees, admin time, and damages.
4. VERIFICATION, CPN, & FRAUD PREVENTION
4.1 Verification Requirements
If there are inconsistencies in your submitted information, we may require identity verification before delivery.
This includes but is not limited to:
-
No social media presence under the name provided
-
ID mismatch with submitted address
-
Suspicious behavior, altered documents, or flagged emails/domains
-
Email address tied to fraud or spam reports
If anything feels off — we will not deliver until we verify you. If we cannot verify, you forfeit the order and no refund will be issued. If we suspect fraud or identity misuse, we may escalate to law enforcement.
4.2 CPN Use Policy
We are CPN-friendly, only under the following conditions:
-
The CPN is tied to your actual identity
-
You are using your own name and your own ID
-
All documentation matches — ID, address, CPN, and reassignment agreement
If you are using someone else’s identity or fabricating documents, you will be banned, the order will be canceled, and we may report the behavior.
4.3 Address Matching Requirement
Even if your information is legitimate, if your ID address, proof of residence, and bureau records do not perfectly align, the credit bureaus will most likely reject or ignore the tradeline submission.
This is the #1 reason tradelines do not report — mismatched documents.
Make sure your address is consistent across your ID, documents, and credit file.
5. REFUND POLICY & WAIVER AGREEMENT
5.1 72-Hour Money Back Guarantee (Before Delivery Only)
We offer a 72-hour money back guarantee under the following strict conditions:
-
The request is submitted within 72 hours of purchase
-
AND the product has not been delivered
Requests must be emailed to help@tradelinefinder.com. No other method is accepted. Refunds take 5-7 business days to process.
5.2 Post-Delivery Refunds Are Forbidden
Once the email containing tradeline info or the HelloSign reassignment link is sent, there are no refunds. Any attempt to dispute, reverse charges, or file false claims:
-
Will be forwarded to our collections agency
-
May be reported to law enforcement
-
May result in civil litigation or public filings
5.3 Waiver Agreement
By using this site or purchasing a product:
-
You waive all rights to dispute the transaction after delivery
-
You acknowledge that this is a final sale
-
You understand that failure to properly submit documentation is your fault, not ours
This waiver will be included in the final signature document at purchase. It will be legally binding.
FINAL NOTE
-
This is not for beginners.
-
This is not for people who “hope it works.”
-
This is not a “done-for-you” service.
This is a product that must be used properly by people who know what they are doing.
If you're that person, you'll win with it. If you're not, please don’t buy.
Waiver of Claims & Refund Rights
By accessing this website, submitting payment, or signing the agreement, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:
No Refund Policy
The Client understands that all sales are final. Once delivery of product-related documentation or digital assets (including but not limited to tradeline details, reassignment agreements, or DUL templates) has occurred, no refund, reversal, or credit will be issued under any circumstance. This policy applies regardless of outcome, performance, third-party action, inaction, or failure to follow through by the Client.
No Chargebacks or Disputes
The Client irrevocably waives any right to file a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with their bank, credit card provider, or financial institution in relation to any payment made to tradelinefinder.com. Any attempt to file a chargeback will be treated as a breach of contract and subject to immediate legal and financial consequences, including the assignment of the debt to a third-party collection agency and potential reporting to credit bureaus.
Responsibility Assumption
The Client acknowledges that tradelinefinder.com is a debt collection agency offering this product as a secondary service. tradelinefinder.com is not a credit repair company, not a data furnisher, and is not responsible for the credit bureau’s actions or inactions. By purchasing, the Client agrees that they are fully responsible for all documentation, submissions, follow-up, and correspondence with third-party institutions.
Waiver of Liability
The Client waives all claims, complaints, or legal actions against tradelinefinder.com related to non-reporting, rejection, or delay of results. The Client agrees that they are not entitled to any compensation or remedy due to failure to achieve desired results, as all necessary disclaimers, conditions, and limitations were made fully available prior to purchase.
Signed Consent Required
No services will be initiated until this waiver and our full Terms of Service are signed and submitted by the Client. By signing, the Client confirms they understand the risks, requirements, and limitations of this process and voluntarily waive any future claims of misunderstanding, dissatisfaction, or buyer’s remorse.
